Cooperation with ESA
Since January 2015, when Latvia became a cooperating state of ESA, companies, based in Latvia, received an opportunity to participate in ESA provided projects. RD ALFA microelectronics is one of the companies, who was selected to conduct ESA-funded Feasibility study: Research and Identification of Integrated Circuits (ICs) for application in ESA missions. January 2016 is an official start date of the project: Feasibility study, that is planned to be conducted by experienced team of RD ALFA microelectronics during 6 months. The project is Funded by the Government of Latvia through an ESA Contract under the PECS (Plan for European Cooperating States). This event pretends to be a big challenge for RD ALFA microelectronics, since positive participation brings new perspectives to be opened upon company’s profile development in Space Industry market in EU member countries.More...

Space Tech Expo 2015
From 17th till 19th of November, year 2015 an International Exhibition Space Tech Expo Europe 2015, demonstrating latest achievements – products and services in space industry was held in Bremen (Germany). The show attracted over 2,600 attendees from 50 countries which resulted in a busy 3 days for us. Participation of representatives of RD ALFA Microelectronics marked the foundation of new business contacts, important for further business perspectives of the company. World Luge Championship in Sigulda
According to the results, based on World Luge Championship, that took place in Sigulda, in February 2015, Dainis Dukurs - Chairman of the Board of Sigulda Bobsleigh and Luge Track has highly evaluated video transmission modernization system based on RD ALFA Microelectronics products. The following recommendation letter emphasizes, that products, produced by RD ALFA microelectronics are high-quality reliable products, and do not require complicated and expensive service.
