3rd Agreement with European Space Agency
We are glad to announce, that our company has signed the third cooperation agreement with European Space Agency on Development of Integrated Circuit αRD139A for application in ESA missions, contract Nr.4000124213/18/NL/SC was signed by both parties, based on the Development of Microcircuit αRD139A for applications in ESA missions.
The αRD139A microcircuit consists of four independent precision voltage comparators with an offset voltage specification as low as 2 mV for all four comparators. This microcircuit shall design specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages (from 2 V to 36 V). Operation from split power supplies is also possible. These comparators also shall have a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground, even though operated from a single power supply voltage. Application areas include limit comparators; simple analog to digital converters; pulse, squarewave and time delay generators; wide range VCO; multivibrators and many others. The αRD139A microcircuit shall design to interface with TTL and CMOS logics directly.
The microcircuit have been developed and certified as HiRel and RadHard component for airspace and defense equipment. The manufacturing process and characteristics of the microcircuit ensures maximum compliance with the general technical specifications 38535 and 9000. High reliability is ensured by screening and testing in certified manufacturing process. Radiation tolerance (Total Ionizing Dose) do not less than 100 krad (Si) with High and Low rate doses.
The microcircuit is in conformity with Directive 2011/65/EU of 8 June 2011 and do not use hazardous substances.
Project, based on R&D is planned to be finished by year June 2020.
